Find your voice within, new meaning and power while enjoying the vacation of a lifetime with white sand between your toes, swimming in the turquoise sea and outstanding Greek cousine. All this together with ceremony, lectures and meditations under the stars in Greek olive groves. Moments of self-development and self-love that will bring inner peace.

This retreat is a completely new concept from us and created both for those of you who want to start an inner journey with your soul and for those of you who are already on that journey and want to deepen yourself with new wisdom, inspiration and insights.

During this magical week, we meet at sunrise every morning for a gentle awakening with strengthening yoga (we will hold and guide a yoga that is calm and gentle on the body and that everyone can perform). This is combined with guided meditation for reflection and growth.

Each morning we will focus on a new group of chakras. These power centers that connect your physical body with your spiritual are a bridge between physical reality and your inner spiritual journey. By getting to know these energy centers, the veil between the worlds can be experienced and explored.

The meditations will introduce you to personal and spiritual guides with whom you will create deep relationships. These helpers will guide and support you on your life journey and help you find the answers and power within you.

After breakfast we meet for sharing, followed by Victor Forelius´s magical lectures about the Inca shamanic tradition and its energy medicine.

Be guided through deep healing exercises to rewrite the past, transform the present and dream a new dream into manifestation. All this with ancient tools from the Andean nature people. A gift of this journey is that you will also receive three powerful initiations to awaken, renew and strengthen your journey through life. You will soon feel how your wisdom, soul and senses are expanding.

Then the rest of the day is yours to enjoy as you wish. This island is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea so the beaches and blissful moments will be many. There are also mountains, magical lagoons, shopping streets and restaurants of all kinds to explore.

Just around sunset we will meet in the olive grove again for a moment of meditative ceremony. You just need to rest, enjoy and partake in the healing powers of energy medicine. When our day is over, the stars shine above us and the rest of the night is yours.
